As our school partnerships initiatives continue to grow, we are seeking a highly communicative, proactive, and organized individual who is passionate about supporting the K–12 education space to join our team and help execute impactful school-based programs and partnerships. Basic Function: Support the execution and growth of school-based partnerships by leading communication with schools, coordinating partnership logistics and activations, and supporting operational workflows that ensure successful program delivery. This role requires an exceptional communicator who is highly organized and self-motivated, that can balance school outreach, project coordination, and data organization in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities: Lead school outreach efforts to support partnership activations and programs, including cold email communication, phone outreach, and follow-up, and relationship-building with school stakeholders. Coordinate and support partnership execution, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with client and school expectations. Serve as a liaison between schools, internal teams, vendors, and partners to facilitate communication and successful execution. Support operational workflows including school data organization, reporting, research, and program tracking. Assist with event and activation logistics, including timelines, fulfillment coordination, shipping, and proof-of-performance collection. Support recurring programs and initiatives, including trivia/STEM-style challenges and other school engagement campaigns. Maintain accurate records and project updates across internal systems and shared documents. Collaborate with team members on outreach strategy, partnership planning, and process improvement initiatives. Support office operations and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain flexible work hours, including occasional availability outside standard business hours for events and activations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, customer success, communications, operations, project coordination, education, or related fields. Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and execution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating externally and internally. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI tools (Copilot/Chat GPT). Comfortable organizing and working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting. Positive, team-oriented attitude with adaptability in a fast-growing and evolving environment. Ideal Candidate: Former educator or candidate with education-adjacent experience preferred. Experience working with schools, districts, youth programs, or community organizations is a plus. Strong communicator who is comfortable following up, problem-solving, and building relationships. Naturally organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure in evolving environments. Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems, platforms, and operational tools. Excels in fast-paced environments that require initiative, adaptability, and collaboration.
