Description

岗位职责： 1、负责TPM体系的推进，制定推行计划，对团队进行相应的能力和知识培训，监控落实结果，对设备的故障间隔时间（MTBF）、定期保养率、设备停机率、备件库存、维修成本指标负责。 2、根据设备说明书/维修经验制定设备的定期维护保养计划并监控保养计划的落实。 3、监控设备运行状态，对于频繁故障进行本质改善，保证设备间隔故障时间持续达标。 4、负责设备备件库存管理，根据设备供应商推荐和维修经验建立新设备备件的安全库存，同时根据备件实时消耗及备件库存金额进行动态库存管理，避免出现因为备件不足带来设备长时间停机和备件库存金额超标。 5、持续对备件进行寿命分析和寿命监控，设备备件优化和本地化，保证部门维修成本目标的持续达成 6、带领和培养维修现场保养团队，使团队在专业技能有持续的进步，并保持饱满的工作热情。 7、支持部门其他工程师对于故障设备的及时修复和部门维修成本下降的系列举措。 8、代表维修参与新开发设备的技术论证/技术方案准备/设备验收流程，保证新设备运行风险可以在设备开发阶段得到充分的识别和改善，提升新设备投入生产后的运行稳定性。 9、协助部门经理为团队成员创造一个安全的工作环境，保证6S的符合性。 10、及时完成上级领导临时交给的工作任务。任职资格 1、5年以上设备维修或者非标设备开发相关经验，其中2年以上厂TPM工作经验（有汽车行业TPM经验最佳）； 2、对气动/机械/液压原理有着系统了解，有过设备开发经验更佳，熟练使用CAD、Solidworks，、； 3、深入了解TPM体系，有过TPM推行经验更佳； 4、较强的组织协调能力，有过独立项目管理经验； 5、良好的英语的听说读写能力； 6、较强的逻辑思维能力，可以基于原理进行问题的根因分析； 7、学习能力强，可以通过个人学习来持续满足工作能力要求。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible. Responsibilities
