QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER INCLUDE:

• Over 3 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Advanced proficiency in Jira
• Skilled in story pointing, resource allocation, and strategic planning
• Adaptable and pragmatic approach to Agile

• Ability to establish and manage Kanban boards
• Experience in designing centralized ticket submission workflows and dashboards
• Proficiency in developing RACI matrices and resource plans
• Capability to create and maintain training materials for CDP destination processes
