QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Existing experience in Track Access at a Coordinator level on a heavy rail project
  • 2+ years of project coordinating experience
  • Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience is required
  • Experience working on a rail project and managing track access/schedules would be an asset
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient using scheduling and project management software
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Track Access Manager, Construction Manager and/or the Senior Project Manager, the Track Access Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to more senior staff (Project Managers, Superintendents) in the coordination, scheduling, contract management and reporting on a transit project with multiple heavy rail lines and stake holders in Toronto.
