Position Overview: As a Track and Trace Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking. You will work closely with carriers, warehouses, and customers to provide updates and quickly resolve any issues during transit. Job Description: * Track and monitor shipments using internal systems to ensure on-time delivery. * Provide regular and real-time shipment updates to customers and internal teams. * Communicate with carriers and warehouses to gather status updates and resolve issues. * Identify delays or service problems and take immediate action to address them. * Maintain accurate tracking information in the system. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status. * Coordinate with internal departments including dispatch, warehouse, and billing to ensure operational efficiency. * Escalate critical issues when needed to ensure timely resolution. Education and Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or domestic transportation is required * Experience in shipment coordination, tracking, or operations support is preferred Qualifications: * Customer service oriented * High attention to detail * Problem solving attitude. * Active Listening * Telephone Etiquette * Basic Software Skills (Ms. Office & Ms. Excel) * Basic Computer Skills * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Physical Requirements:  * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.  Work authorization/security clearance requirements: * Must be eligible to work in the United States * Must pass TSA eligibility screening.
