WE LOVE OUR WORK. - Responsible for fostering a fun environment. - Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers. - Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events. - Ensuring the operating excellence of Race track surface. - Uphold standards and practices that support the comprehensive safety and integrity of horseracing. - Operating and maintaining all equipment/tools/materials necessary to prepare surface for training and racing. - Complying with company, local, state, and federal regulations. - Other duties may be assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST. - Must be 18 years of age. - Must be able to operate and maintain equipment (tractors, loaders, graders, etc). - Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. - Must have 1-2 years of previous track maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. - Must have knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements. - Excellent communication skills. - Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. - Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues. - Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 60 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. - Be able to perform duties in all weather.
