Job Description: Job Summary: Under the direction of a Manager, monitor (from track and camera monitors) and coordinate the activities on the CPG test tracks. Support safety and security operations as needed. Train new visitors to the Proving Ground. Check out and control radios. Support track activities as needed. Follow given work instructions. Responsibilities: Operate track control radios to ensure proper use of test tracks Schedule special training needs and dispatch support as required Support Driver training activities as needed Monitor and communicate test track conditions and closures Operate control gates to allow access to test tracks Keep current logs of track activity Actively observe track conditions and traffic via radio and on track patrol Generate reports using various software programs Perform other duties as requested Excellent verbal and written skills Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as software similar to SAP Self-directed and able to work productively independently, yet able to function well in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Ability to work any shift Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Training & Development Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
