Job Description: Our Track Lead is responsible for training and supervising all aspects of our track. They assist the team in providing best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. By working with, training and coaching our Team Members, the Track Lead ensures our guests have a great experience here at Xtreme Action Park.
Track Leads are in charge of managing shifts, opening and closing the venue, and other general operational duties, but they make sure these never compromise the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team in providing great customer service.
  • Coach and Develop team members and drive team member engagement.
  • Maintain operational guidelines, service standards, and safety requirements, especially guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate Xtreme Action Parks Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Quality, & Excitement.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by upper management.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with being a supervisor.
  • Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
  • Energy & Enthusiasm.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work outside and on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Assist with ensuring safety procedures are followed on the track areas.
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity.
