Job Description We are seeking for a Graduate Trackwork Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding in railway track design, alignment, and construction, and will be able to work on both urban transit and interurban railway projects. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality trackwork solutions. Design and develop railway trackwork solutions for urban and interurban environments. Conduct alignment design, turnout layouts, and track structure calculations. Perform site visits and technical assessments to ensure track design feasibility. Collaborate with civil, signaling, and structural engineers to integrate trackwork into larger infrastructure projects. Ensure compliance with railway engineering standards (e.g., AREMA, EN, UIC, or national standards). Assist in track construction and maintenance planning, providing engineering support during execution. Conduct technical reviews and provide input on project specifications and material selection. Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and documentation for project stakeholders. Egis will provide training through mentoring and participation to projects to develop the above skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field. · Master's degree is a plus. Graduate to junior level of existing work experience required Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit · Knowledge of railway infrastructure standards and best practices. Good project management and organizational skills. · Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. · Quick learner to be autonomous and proactive attitude – anticipating issued and preparing in advance Ability to work in an international context – Good level of English and Thai language
