A great opportunity has arisen at Hardings for a Trade Account Manager. Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, you will service our existing accounts and expanding new businesses across the Southeast / East of Melbourne area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for an Account Manager extraordinaire!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Do you thrive in building strong, lasting relationships while juggling a variety of exciting challenges? If so, we want you to join our team at Hardings.
You will have previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI’s whilst adding real value to our customers. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making.
  • A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry with a focus on FOW Plumbing, Appliances and hardware products.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential. A sound business acumen with the ability to understand relevant financials.
