Job Title: Trade Analytics intern Location: Newark, CA Department: Finance Department Head: VP of Finance Job Overview: Trade Analytics Intern supports projects related to global trade operations, logistics coordination, tariff tracking, and supply chain data analysis. This position reports to the Executive Vice President Primary Responsibilities: • Assist with organizing and reviewing shipment, freight, and customs-related data • Support tracking and reporting of tariff and shipping cost information • Help maintain and organize logistics and operational reports • Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and documentation related to import/export activities • Support projects involving:, HTS classifications, Country-of-origin tracking, Import/export documentation, Shipment visibility and reporting • Work with cross-functional teams to help improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy • Assist with preparing summaries, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal teams Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned Preferred Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Data Analytics or Related field 2. Strong organizational and communication skills 3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 4. Interest in supply chain operations, logistics, manufacturing, or business analytics 5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
