Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Trade Assistant Team Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
An eager Trades Assistant team Leader who has hands on experience within a trade environment and has knowledge of building construction. Your day to day is to lead and support the Trade Assistants within the Technical Services team by coordinating daily tasks, ensuring the timely and safe completion of maintenance activities, and fostering a high-performing, safety-driven, and customer-focused work environment
This role requires a Full Australian Drivers Licensed and a valid White Card.

• Assist trades across various areas including trade related installations, maintenance and repairs as requested by the Technical Services Manager, Technical Services Supervisor and Planner in an efficient manner.
• Carry out all preventative maintenance as per the schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and time keeping.
• Supervise and motivate the Trade Assistant team, providing direction, performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to WHS, grooming, and presentation standards.
