ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Trade & Brand Marketing Specialist to join Prometeon Tyre Group UK Ltd. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of our trade and brand marketing activities, helping us strengthen our market presence and deliver engaging experiences for our customers and partners.
As an individual contributor, you’ll be at the centre of trade shows, events, campaigns, PR activities, and brand visibility projects - working closely with third parties and internal stakeholders to bring our marketing plans to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of trade shows, events, and brand campaigns to boost market presence.
  • Develop and deliver impactful POS materials to support dealer and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the annual trade, brand & advertising plan, ensuring alignment with the marketing budget.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party relationships (agencies, providers, media partners).
  • Work with the PR agency to deliver press releases, editorials, and media features.
  • Oversee the creation of advertising artwork and marketing collateral.
  • Track and report on marketing spendings to ensure efficient use of budget.
  • Manage local social media channels, creating and curating content that drives engagement.

KPIs / Success Measures

  • Improved brand visibility across the UK market.
  • Strong marketing ROI from campaigns and activities.
  • Increased customer satisfaction and advocacy (NPS).

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years’ work experience in marketing. Experience in tyres, automotive, or B2B is welcomed but not essential.
  • A self-starter with agility and a hands-on, can-do approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident using digital tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SAP).
  • Experience with social media management (especially Facebook/Meta).
  • Knowledge of PR, event management, and content creation.

Additional Information

  • Location: Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in the office).
  • Travel: Occasional domestic travel for trade shows or events.
  • Languages: English (fluent).
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
