REQUIREMENTS:

  • We are seeking candidates with a “” in foreign trade or equivalent experience.
  • Validated experience in IMMEX companies
  • 70-80% English proficiency
  • Knowledge of customs legislation
  • Experience in the control of fixed assets
  • Experience in the handling of Annex 24
  • Work under pressure and sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Trade Compliance Analyst at Copeland, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepares documents for the crossing of the company’s imports.
  • Prepares documents for the crossing of the company’s exports.
  • Prepares the documents for the closing of virtual transactions
  • Keeps the accurate capture of the operations in Annex 24
  • Prepares eighth rules
  • Keeps the control and identification of the company’s fixed assets
  • Prepares regime changes
  • Keeps control of the statement of account with the customs agency
  • Prepares and follows up on requisitions
  • Keeps the accurate control of the digital file
