The Trade Compliance Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s import and export activities by ensuring compliance with U.S. trade laws and regulations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, managing compliance processes, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to enable the efficient and compliant flow of goods across borders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
  • One year of experience in business - co-op/internship experience will be considered
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to navigate and interpret US import and export laws and regulations, or be willing to learn
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Customs broker’s license
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle Global Trade Management programs
