Global Trade Compliance Join Bell’s Global Trade Compliance team as a Trade Compliance Analyst, where you'll drive innovation and ensure compliance with U.S. export/import regulations to support international business success. Collaborate across global teams and departments, including engineering, supply chain, sales, IT, and legal, to enhance Bell’s trade program through automation, process improvements, training, and risk assessments. Be part of a dynamic, global environment that impacts every corner of the business! This role is on-site either in Fort Worth, Texas or Wichita, Kansas. What you’ll be doing as a Trade Compliance Analyst: Examine engineering drawings and other technical data to determine the export and Customs classification. Interpret and apply regulations applicable to Bell products. Contribute to system and facility access decisions. Review and approve company materials for exportability. Approve international shipments, travel, and foreign visitors. Present global trade related training materials. Participate in peer reviews and audits. Under the supervision of management or senior level members, draft and manage export/import authorization applications. Skills You Bring To this Role: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize complex work. Proven problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams, departments, and customers. Experience in identifying training needs and delivering effective solutions. Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other unique government contracting scenarios is preferred. Experience researching, interpreting, and applying the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is preferred. Ability to implement advanced export/import control concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP GTS, OCR EASE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DECCS, SNAP-R, Business Objects, Power BI, SharePoint is preferred. What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree is required 2+ years overall experience in business, regulatory, and/or technical role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
