Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field Minimum of 10 years' experience in trade compliance, including customs process execution and brokerage oversight In-depth knowledge of international customs regulations, procedures, and documentation Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and manage through change Experience with SAP GTS Exposure to or involvement in AI implementations within compliance or trade systems
