Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Compliance Data Analyst to join our global trade compliance team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in international trade, logistics, and compliance operations.
In this role, you will support import/export activities, maintain trade data, and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners (brokers, freight forwarders, and customs officials).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years in trade compliance, logistics, customs operations, or data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience (SAP a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Validate trade certificates and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in classifying goods using HTS codes.
  • Maintain and analyze trade data in ERP and compliance systems.
  • Monitor international shipments for customs clearance and escalate delays/issues.
  • Conduct reviews of country of origin and valuation data.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, brokers, and freight partners.
  • Translate trade and regulatory data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
