Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintaining the necessary permits
  • Perform Trade Control license management in SAP GTS
  • Monitor and investigate SPL (Sanction & Party List) screening and ensure resolution of potential blocks.
  • Support management of export-controlled components and preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities in the Americas
  • Key guidance and training to business units, enhancing their understanding of compliance issues and trade control procedures
  • Support the review and enhancement of Trade Control processes, focusing on simplification and digitalization
