JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our Trades department team to assist in handling the day-to-day processing of transactions. This full-time, on-site role is essential to our success and requires a professional individual with superior customer service skills to communicate with Realtors®.
Monday to Friday, in-person, from 9am to 5pm. Salary based on experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively
  • Solid data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Polite and professional customer service communication, both verbal and written
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
    · Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in Real Estate accounting and deals administration an asset but not required
  • French language an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Processing transaction paperwork and prepare trade records in Real Estate related software programs including Nexone & LoneWolf

· Effectively communicate with Realtors® about paperwork to ensure compliance with provincial and local governing bodies

  • Communicate with Realtors®, branch managers, legal professionals, & other administrators
  • Prepare and send invoices to lawyers or other brokerages
  • Process commission cheques and finalize payroll through BrokerWolf
  • Follow-up for the balance of commission or confirmation of closing
  • Respond to inquiries and manage incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Receiving mail, courier bags from branches and third parties and distribute items
  • Effectively manage and adhere to the systems in the Trades Department to assist with the growth of the company
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
