About the role As part of the Trade Counter team in Port Melbourne, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. Responsibilities

The Trade Counter Assistant will primarily assist plumbers and tradespeople by providing product access, customer service, and product information, alongside handling in-person and phone quotes. Daily tasks also include undertaking pick packing, stock control activities, maintaining branch tidiness, and occasionally making customer deliveries.
