WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, approachable, and ready to lead. You don’t need to tick every box—but if you’ve got:

• 3–4 years of experience in sales with people management (especially in retail or trade counter settings),
• Strong computer skills and a good grasp of business systems,
• Solid Maths and English skills,
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed—

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on, people-first role where you’ll:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the branch, making sure everything flows smoothly.
• Lead and support a team of Sales and Warehouse colleagues—mentoring, motivating, and helping them grow.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and purchasing so we’re always ready for our customers.
• Handle customer payments and petty cash with care and accuracy.
• Coordinate team schedules to make sure everyone’s supported and covered.
• Offer friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers who rely on us.
• Work closely with your manager to hit branch goals and celebrate wins.
