REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and customer service.
• Driving Licence: Must have a clean driving licence and be over 25 years old (required for vehicle insurance).
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, good telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical: Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and moving products.

• Work on the trade counter, assisting customers and processing sales.
• Support all departments, and local deliveries.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.
• Handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone with a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
