With a focus on excellent customer service, we are looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.

• Serve customers at the trade counter, offering excellent service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting products and providing advice on hardware, tools, and DIY.
• Process sales transaction, handle cash, and manage card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade counter area.
• Support with stock management, including receiving deliveries.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
