Job Description ​WHAT YOU’LL DO​ As Trade & Customs Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant international trade operations. You’ll manage documentation, support customs clearance, and help maintain regulatory compliance across all movements of goods. Your main responsibilities will include: Reviewing and approving transport and trade invoices. Supporting customs filings and documentation, including declarations, bills of lading, and invoices for both commercial and non-commercial goods. Preparing and submitting customs declarations (if filings are handled in-house). Monitoring inbound shipments and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely customs clearance. Maintaining and updating local SOPs related to customs processes. Coordinating with customs brokers and transport providers to resolve clearance delays and ensure compliance. Assisting with routine trade operations and documentation retention to support internal and external audits. Preparing documentation for customs audits upon request from the H&M regional trade & customs operations team or authorities.
