Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Executive to support and execute trade marketing and sales strategies across assigned territories or key accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to increase product visibility, optimize in-store presence, and drive sell-in and sell-out performance in retail and distribution channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or distribution management.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and channel development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
Responsibilities
  • Implement trade marketing activities to support product visibility and brand presence in retail outlets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Monitor and manage in-store promotional campaigns, POS materials, and merchandising efforts.
  • Track and analyze trade performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure availability and visibility of products.
  • Prepare regular reports on trade activities, stock levels, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in terms of branding, pricing, and trade guidelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
