We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Finance Assistant to support our trade finance team at Conares. In this role, you will assist with processing trade finance transactions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and processing Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all trade finance transactions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of payments and documents. Monitor and track shipping documents to ensure compliance with trade finance agreements. Prepare regular reports on trade finance activities for management review. Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to trade finance transactions. Support the trade finance team in various administrative tasks as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in trade finance or a similar role. Familiarity with BL, Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word). Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines.
