As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as: Job Description Position: Trade Finance Officer Job Purpose As a Trade Finance Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the team for the transaction banking products marketing and development (e.g. Corporate Online banking and Cash Management), KPI’s Achievement and business operation, assessing the creditworthiness of corporate clients, preparing credit proposals, and monitoring portfolio risks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Support the client management and relationship development for corporate and institutional clients. Assist in credit analysis, transaction implementation, and post-lending monitoring for transaction banking products. Contribute to the marketing and delivery of trade finance, online banking, and cash management solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies through effective coordination with legal and other control functions. Prepare business reports and analyses and maintain accurate records within relevant banking systems. Work with members of internal departments and external parties by producing reporting statistics and analysis, as well as reviews transaction banking products’ internal policies & procedures and various tasks associated with transaction banking business. Facilitate communication and project coordination between the branch, head office, and cross-board institutions. Related operation of internal banking system for transaction business products. Other relevant tasks assigned by the department and the bank. Qualifications Technical Skills & Qualifications Education Background: bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Working experience: 2-3 years related background or experience Hard skills: Strong Excel and financial analyzing skills Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (Other language will be a plus advantage) Soft Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with excellent communication skills
