• • Support trade finance operations, credit management, compliance, and treasury functions The briefJob Description is as follows:-• Support CDD checks for new customers and assist Sales team in customer onboarding• Verify credit limit requests and validate issuing bank acceptability per policy Trade Finance Operations• Process and review LC & Bank Guarantee documents including drafts, amendments and compliance checks• Maintain accurate records of LC/BG and any financial documents.• Issue Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds and Advance Payment Guarantees for projects• Prepare Covering Letters and Bills of Exchange for LC and Collection documents• Handle document discrepancies, courier arrangements and bank follow-ups• Support Bill Discounting process including request letters and working preparation Credit Insurance & Collections• Assist in Annual/Quarterly declarations to Credit Insurers• Send SOA, pre-reminders and reminders to customers for timely collections• Respond to customer queries on invoices, DN/CN and account entries Month-End Closing & Reporting• Assist in bank reconciliation, AR review and adjustment entries• Support preparation of FX revaluation, Provision and Doubtful Debt workings• Assist in Daily Overdue AR, Credit Monitoring and Exposure Reports Treasury & Banking • Support daily cash position review and fund transfer/conversion instructions• Assist in bank account documentation and signatory updates Compliance & Audit• Support AML training and Annual KYC Refresh activities• Manage CDD documentation for new and existing customers• Assist in audit requirements including balance confirmations and AR ageing reports
