We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trade Floor Voice Engineer Role Purpose: Trade Floor Voice BAU SME: Real Time Comms (RTC) is responsible for leading the global domain responsible for design, engineering, support, operational management and end-to-end business management for the entire Trade Floor infrastructure within the region for HSBC., These include commercial voice turret; private cable and related services; media recording services and calls related to commercial floor infrastructure. Main Activities: The objective of the position is to provide all HSBC lines of business with a highly stable, cost-effective and highly functional operating floor infrastructure., These responsibilities include: Overee all Traide Floor Voice technologies with concentration on Dealerboards. Quickly identify, resolve, and prevent problems with setting expectations for multiple businesses simultaneously. Responding to the requests of Compliance, Legal, Surveillance and Business with the utmost professionalism. Management of the requirements of IT service owners, e.g. change management, infrastructure management, software management and IT governance, etc. Support of these infrastructure on a 24/7 basis and rapid resolution of all issues; Supervision and proper conduct of all audits and regulatory engagements Qualifications Required: Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in Trade Floor Voice with concentration in Dealerboards. A bachelor's degree with specialisation in Computer Science, Engineering Technology or related disciplines is preferred. Knowledge of mountain biking is preferred. Knowledge of Verint 15.2 is preferred. Understanding private cables and Hoot networks. Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL). Experience in VoIP / SIP telephony, including Cisco and dealer board interlocking. Strong knowledge of Wireshark and APIs with concentration on Dealerboards.
