Trade & FX Specialist - SME FX

Role Purpose Drive Foreign Exchange (FX) business growth within the SME portfolio by partnering with Relationship Managers to deepen client engagement, increase product penetration, and deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive FX Finance revenues across the SME customer portfolio.

- Work closely with RMs to identify customer opportunities and improve client activation.

- Provide market insights, pricing guidance, and hedging solutions to customers.

- Promote FX products including spot, forward, and structured solutions as per policy.

- Conduct joint customer meetings and portfolio reviews to maximize wallet share.

- Monitor pipeline, deal conversion, and revenue achievement against targets.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.

- Deliver product training and market updates to frontline teams.

- Collaborate with Treasury, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams for seamless execution.

- FX revenue generation.

- Client activation and utilization.

- Wallet share expansion.

- Pipeline conversion ratio.

Experience & Skills

- Experience in FX sales/Product in Business banking / corporate segments

- Strong understanding of FX markets and products.

- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
