Continuously explore innovative and high-impact visibility solutions that enhance retail standout, cutting through the clutter in channel. Ensure on-time production and delivery to meet campaign timelines and support trade activation requirements. 3. Vendor & Inventory Management Collaborate with procurement and approved suppliers to manage quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and delivery timelines. Maintain a structured POSM inventory system including stock levels, allocation status, and replenishment requirements. Forecast POSM needs based on campaign calendars and channel demand to minimize wastage and optimize cost efficiency. Track supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery accuracy, and compliance with brand standards. 4. Planogram Development & Compliance Management Develop and maintain channel-specific planograms for different store formats including telco retail, multi-brand dealers, kiosks, and roadshows. Ensure execution consistency by enforcing planogram standards across all regions and frontline displays. Collaborate with regional sales teams and merchandiser partners to drive store execution discipline and planogram adherence. 5. Field Audit & Reporting Work with IT and Sales Operations teams to enhance digital trade visibility audit tools (apps, dashboards, or photo-based tracking systems). Monitor merchandiser visitation records and execution quality, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions with field teams. Conduct regular market visits and audit checks to assess POSM deployment accuracy and branding consistency. Produce visibility performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights for continuous improvement. What do you need to have for this role?
