A multi-site facility management company dedicated to providing management services for commercial buildings throughout Florida, focusing on maintenance. We are seeking a motivated Responsible License Qualifier to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements about company licensing. He's responsible for qualifying the company they work for and the work performed by the company team of technicians and partners for local, state, and federal licensing requirements.This position does not restrict them from being able to use their license for personal reasons, such as side work, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for any licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC, or general contractor to utilize their unused license. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain electrician, General contractor, plumber or HVAC contractor licenses ability to pass required training and examinations to obtain certifications and licenses. knowledge and understanding of the multi-site facility management industry. Expertise in management of commercial and residential projects. Experience in state requirements for license application, renewal, and licensing change. Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Partner with finance and accounting teams regarding invoicing and payments to ensure accurate and timely license applications and renewals. Attention to detail in tracking licensing due dates and timelines pertaining to applications, changes in licenses, and renewals. Strong communication skills & experience working with local and state licensing organizations to apply for and secure required company licenses. Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership.
