Your focus on cash movements, funding coordination, and process improvements will be key to enhancing operational efficiency and driving success. As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of pre- and post-trading life cycles across all asset classes, with a primary focus on cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. You will coordinate with other business lines to ensure proper funding, applying your knowledge of trade lifecycle processes to identify and resolve issues while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as manage projects and influence outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of market products and emerging technologies, directly impacting the team's goals and performance. Regular guidance and support from more experienced professionals will help you grow in your role. Job responsibilities * Contribute as an individual and own monthly reporting and reviews * Collaborate closely with RU Management and RU Leads * Conduct test checks on operational quality * Drive changes and improvements in RU based on control reviews * Lead and ensure timely completion of management controls * Foster communication and teamwork * Ensure RU adherence to firm compliance requirements * Guide RU toward constant precision by driving governance activities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Minimum 5 years experience * Strong analytical skills *  Good written & spoken English communication skills * Knowledgeable on automation tools (ie Alteryx, etc) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Financial Sector industry experience preferred * Experience in finance industry operations, demonstrating capability in managing and optimizing financial processes. * Proficiency in VBA, adding value through automation and efficiency improvements in financial operations.
