Job responsibilities Upload market data to risk management systems. Perform reconciliations against market sources. Conduct control reconciliations to verify trading positions across front, middle, and back office systems. Investigate and resolve queries from settlements and confirmations teams. Produce management statistics and reports. Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to support new initiatives and technology enhancements. Support process re-engineering and automation efforts to improve operational workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trading operations. Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address operational issues. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum one year of experience in finance industry operations. Strong logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes. Demonstrated understanding of process flows and system linkages. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work on APAC hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions. Ability to adapt to new systems, technology enhancements, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering. Experience with VBA programming. Prior involvement in process automation or re-engineering initiatives. Experience supporting new system implementations. Experience producing management statistics and operational reports.
