As a Junior Cash Equity Settlement staff member in the Equity Operations team, you play a vital role in supporting international and domestic institutional client transactions. You will be part of a team that manages client account setup, trade allocation, confirmation, and settlement processes for cash equity and securities borrowing and lending (SBL) intermediary business. Working with us, you’ll develop your skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our brokerage business. Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of cash equity settlement for institutional clients Set up trading accounts and ensure accurate client onboarding Confirm trades and perform settlement pre-matching and follow-up activities Monitor T+2 settlement cycles and follow up on failed trades Handle document management, including account opening packages Prepare and submit daily and monthly local regulatory reports Support allocation and confirmation processes for cash equity and SBL intermediary business Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate settlements Maintain high standards of risk management and control throughout all processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree Up to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Korean, both written and verbal Apply basic financial knowledge in daily operations Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude Perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Exhibit a strong risk and control mindset Display high standards of personal integrity Communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders Organize tasks and show willingness to take initiative Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bring experience in cash equity settlement or related financial operations Demonstrate familiarity with local regulatory reporting requirements Show proficiency in document management and account onboarding processes Display adaptability to changing business needs Exhibit experience working in a global financial institution Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Possess advanced organizational and time management abilities
