You collaborate with business and technology partners to drive process improvements and system enhancements. Your role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity and supporting global initiatives. Job Responsibilities Manage technical infrastructure to support daily business tasks Ensure accurate transaction capture and stakeholder assignment Oversee delivery management and cross-depot stock movements Identify, escalate, and resolve internal breaks with root cause analysis Resolve cash and stock breaks in collaboration with global teams Maintain internal books and records for cash and stock breaks Participate in projects for new system implementation and process improvement Take ownership of work, clarify issues, and ensure data integrity Collaborate with business managers to understand priorities and needs Partner with technology teams to design and implement future solutions Perform cost-benefit analysis and document requirements for future processes Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Demonstrate a strong control mindset and business ethics Exhibit in-depth experience in global markets Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders Adapt quickly to complex systems architecture Drive global initiatives and organizational change Deliver results through a hands-on approach Thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Respond proactively to changing environments Innovate and suggest system improvements Multitask to monitor and resolve breaks efficiently Maintain a positive “Can Do” attitude Contribute to collaborative and responsible team culture Ensure timely MIS reporting to managers Support an environment of mutual responsibility
