Job Overview We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Trade Manager – Domestic to oversee trade performance across our domestic and international shipping services. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to optimize route profitability, pricing strategies, and customer portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Manage trade budgets, forecasts, and route performance reviews. Develop and implement pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and volume allocation plans. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Enhance route profitability through data-driven analysis and performance optimization. Lead new trade initiatives, tenders, and feasibility studies to support business expansion. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Shipping, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in shipping, logistics, or trade management. Strong expertise in pricing, yield management, and cargo planning. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Open to placement in Surabaya
