Description
1. Act as a liaison between the Business Unit and North China, serving as the voice of TP trade in North China and representing the field in the BU. 2. Maintain close contacts with key stakeholders to build value-based relationships and facilitate effective communication to meet TP market business target. 3. Provide marketing strategy of service planning, promotion of TP trade business. 4. Trade promotion and monitoring branch sales manager and account managers to sell TP service, communicating line targets and allocations, and support in reaching targets. 5. Develop opportunities for product enhancement and improvement, while ensuring income and profitability to meet budget targets. 6. Provide insights and analysis regarding commercial conditions, establishing market research activities to increase market share. 7. Maintain and update CRM sales targets quarterly, monitoring TP performance, quote and confirming rates and terms, closely monitoring progress through systems. 8. Represent and participate in trade forums and meetings, preparing presentations for TP business. 9. Other tasks assigned by leader. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, MBA experience preferred. 2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience in containerized shipping industry. 3. Excellent command of the main trade language, and a system-oriented approach. 4. Fluent skills in Chinese and English. 5. Experienced skills in windows word, Excel, Power point etc. 6. Good communication skills and excellent data analysis skills.
