This success is driven by expanding the distribution of our existing brand portfolio while bringing innovative new brands and products to market. We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team and support this growth further.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Trade Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role within our marketing team, supporting with the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives (such as events and in-store activations) across the UK and global markets. You’ll provide valuable brand marketing support while also contributing to digital marketing and eCommerce activity across brand websites and email campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be organised and dynamic with strong communication skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to support the seamless execution of trade marketing and digital marketing initiatives.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a strong interest in marketing and a genuine passion for the beauty industry – especially skincare and haircare.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED…

· Some hands-on experience in marketing via a university placement, internship, or entry-level role - ideally within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling campaign assets and materials.
· A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to support various teams and contribute ideas.
· A genuine passion for the beauty industry, with a keen interest in staying up to date with emerging trends, new brands, and product launches.
· Confident written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus, but not essential.
