Propósito principal Coordinar la ejecución de actividades de Trade Marketing en el territorio de Centro (San Salvador y La Libertad) alineadas con las estrategias de negocio de la compañía, optimizando la visibilidad de los productos y fortaleciendo las relaciones con los canales de venta para impulsar el crecimiento y la competitividad en el mercado. 🎯 Responsabilidades Negociación con Alcaldías para la generación de espacios de venta y comunicación, así como manejo de la relación comercial. Abastecimiento de inventarios de material POP. Capacitación del equipo de ventas respecto a la estrategia de Trade Marketing en el punto de venta. Garantizar la correcta ejecución y colocación de materiales POP en el punto de venta. Implementación de la estrategia de actividades BTL en su territorio. Implementación de la estrategia de visibilidad en el punto de venta. Seguimiento e involucramiento con indicadores de venta del negocio Elaboración y administración del presupuesto mensual del área. Propuesta de iniciativas de Trade Marketing para generar mayor volumen de ventas y tráfico. Seguimiento a la correcta ejecución del presupuesto. ✅ Requisitos Graduado/a en Licenciatura en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Trade Marketing. Habilidades de negociación y análisis estratégico. Dominio de Microsoft Office. Habilidad para realizar presentaciones de alto impacto. Responsibilities
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will manage field activities and point-of-sale strategies in the Central territory to optimize product visibility and sales growth. Responsibilities include negotiating with local authorities, managing POP material inventories, and training sales teams on marketing strategies.
