SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A range of skills are necessary including:

  • Demonstrated experience of promotions and marketing within a wholesale channel that includes retail and ecommerce channels
  • Competent in writing short, and medium copy and comfortable adapting and pitching briefs
  • Demonstrated understanding of Digital Marketing platforms, Facebook, Instagram including reporting metrics
  • Understanding the ideal customer journey in an Omnichannel with demonstrated understanding of the Consumer, places of practice and places of purchase
  • An Outdoor Sports enthusiast with a passion for brand experiences driven by ambassadors
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting and executing best in class campaigns across our wholesale channels. The Trade Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in executing B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating the production of promotional collateral and assets to drive sell in and sell through. Day to day activities include;

  • Plan and activate initiatives aligned to Omnichannel consumer calendar via Salomon B2B accounts
  • Own end to end campaign management including post campaign reporting
  • Ensure premium brand visibility across all Trade retailers, respecting International Guidelines on the Salomon brand positioning/visibility for the launch of retail campaigns and always on initiatives
  • Developing and agreeing the strategic account annual activity plans together with the National Account Manager, including co-op campaigns, branded space, eShop-in-shops & events
  • Execute Key strategic account and Customer Marketing Plans to the Premium Partner Program/Toolbox
  • Track and manage the co-op marketing budget across all accounts, ensuring spend is aligned to business priorities and provides strong ROI
