Based at our Marine Centre of Excellence in Weybridge the Trade Marketing Executive EMEA International Representatives will support the Trade Marketing Manager EMEA to develop trade marketing strategy for EMEA International Representatives in line with overall brand marketing strategy for Royal Caribbean International

  • Day to day contact with the sales team to supply all communications for their accounts as required including brand assets emails point of sale and any bespoke flyers/communications
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that central assets and collateral are being utilised by the trade partners and are implemented as per the brand guidelines
  • Support the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager and EMEA Sales team to implement and execute bespoke campaigns and marketing support for key accounts via online channels
  • To be a day-to-day contact for all relevant agencies: ie creative agency Trade Fulfilment distribution house Attend weekly all agency status calls and keep up to date with consumer marketing plans and activities that we can leverage and communicate to the Trade
  • Keep up to date with the competition activities in key markets and prepare monthly reports with keys initiatives and promotions
  • Support Planning & activation of new deployment announcements/GTM updates/toolkits
  • Develop and send out the EMEA weekly newsletter “Royal News of the Seas”
  • Write briefs as required for Supplier Tasks to ensure accountability & timelines are

provided/delivered

  • Manage translations with external vendors and with the EMEA markets to ensure adapted

collateral are delivered at highest standards

  • Support on the development and delivery of intensification campaigns in key markets
  • Support on developing artworks banners and branded merchandise for key markets and

events

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

This individual should be university educated in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience in marketing

  • Highly organised and capable of juggling many tasks at once
  • Highly motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Team player
  • Creativity with an eye for design
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be considered a plus
  • Calm under pressure
  • Flexible in working hours and travel
  • Ability to understand and support cultural sensitivities in EMEA markets

· Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with dealing with internal and external partners · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Additional languages a plus (ideally Portuguese) Digital skills are also of utmost importance to success in this role including:
  • HTML & Email Building Capacity
  • Social Media Skills
  • Google Analytics
  • Hubspot and CRM experience
  • Website CMS experience
