CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.   The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Trade Marketing Executive. The position exists to Assist in creation of well researched Sales, Brand and Channel initiatives that achieve overall  volume & financial results of the category. Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and assist to develop & lead execution of fully integrated, consumer, shopper and customer / channel insights based brand / category solutions and activities for customers / channels.Job Responsibilities Develop market winning trade execution objectives. Own the trade marketing activity plan for the beverage category. Drive initiatives to improve trade marketing and sales execution in the market for beverage category. Identify gaps in the market and provide sales team with relevant intervention to win in the market. Develop and lead execution of brand and channel marketing plans. Ensure alignment of brand marketing plan and channel marketing plans for both beverage category and all distribution channels. Lead customized channel/customer activation such as outdoor visibility and in-store communication (display and merchandising). Coordinate with regional sales teams on brand, channel and development programs. Develop strong relationships with customers at operational level. Maintain regular contact with regional sales teams. Update and communicate all trade marketing related activities to regional teams and obtain their feedback for further improvements. Participate in regional sales activities, meetings and workshops. Field visits. Channel visits. Participate in strategic partnership meetings and events. Manage channel/trade marketing budget. Person Specifications University Degree Sales and Marketing related management secondary education Sales & Marketing hands-on-experience. Sound business understanding in order to implement trade marketing strategies as well as understanding of Sales, Distribution and Marketing processes and consumer & shopper behaviours. Sound knowledge in Trade Marketing, Sales management, distribution, channel activation, display and merchandising, event negotiation and management. Ability to work under pressure. Strong Communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, time management, decision making ability and negotiation skills.
