SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Manage Jotun’s retail concept by implementing customer-focused initiatives aligned with segment priorities and strategic direction to strengthen Jotun’s brand presence and product visibility in the marketplace. The position will report to Retail Trade Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Execute the Jotun Studio plan through effective coordination with dealers, the sales team, operations, and suppliers. Ensure attractive and up-to-date product merchandising and marketing materials are displayed in stores to capture customer attention. Collaborate with the brand team to implement consumer campaigns, support new product launches, and activate brand visibility at dealer locations. Oversee the installation of signboards, ensuring compliance with Jotun’s branding guidelines. Manage maintenance and upgrades of existing shops, ensuring the latest marketing materials are prominently and attractively displayed. Provide training to dealers on the effective use of marketing materials. Manage the stock, ordering, and delivery planning of Jotun Interior Colour Center (JICC) to ensure readiness for Jotun Studio implementation. Monitor and control upgrading costs to ensure alignment with the approved annual budget. Regularly update market information, including pricing, promotional activities, and other relevant data. Organize and oversee painter engagement activities within assigned areas. Proactive, innovative, eager to learn, and customer service-oriented. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and responsibility. Proficient in computer applications.
