Description
Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives Manage in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising activities Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade campaigns Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and market data to evaluate promotion effectiveness Manage POS materials distribution and ensure proper in-store visibility Work closely with distributors and retailers to implement agreed activities Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights Support new product launches at trade level Prepare regular reports on trade activities, ROI, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards in all outlets Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales (FMCG / Food industry preferred) Strong understanding of retail channels and distributor operations Experience with promotions, merchandising, and in-store execution Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
