THE ROLE

As the Trade Marketing and Insights Manager, your role is pivotal in driving key marketing initiatives and generating actionable insights to support our strategic goals. You will play a crucial role in enabling medium and long-term growth in our baking enzymes segment by delivering data driven insights to our Baking business organization and Baking enzymes customers. Additionally, you will ensure success through close collaboration with our commercial teams.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• You deliver on key trade marketing and insights initiatives
• You lead projects like Market Analysis, Market Segmentation, and Channel Management
• You provide strategic input for product, region and segment focus
• You influence our baking marketing strategies with data-driven insights
• You support insights driven collaboration between sales, marketing, application and MarCom team
• You support the product management team with promotional and pricing initiatives
• You support global initiatives to achieve the company’s long-term goals
• You strengthen connections with selected customers and internal teams
