Job Description Responsible to handle trade marketing related activities including but not limited to the following: help develop B2B and B2B2C communication materials for Universal Parks & Resorts destined to the trade or the consumer through the trade (submission of new projects and 3rd party reviews for approval, contact with the travel partners, approval process with internal stakeholders, project tracking), gather B2B media plans analysis and tracking of trade partners results, execution of trade partner coop campaigns, trade marketing materials implementation, sales tools update, active participation with internal stakeholders, and other duties as assigned. SPECIFIC EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: MUST BE Studding marketing, advertising, or business is preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Advanced/fluent English is needed, and advanced Spanish is a plus. EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years experience in marketing, communication, promotions, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Entertainment and Travel/tourism experience is a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trade marketing Duties Performs trade marketing related duties, including but not limited to the submission of new projects and 3rd party reviews for approval, including translation of 3rd party reviews, monitor and ensure project timelines are being met with stakeholders, submission of final files, approval of character’s appearance in sales events. Communicates approvals on marketing materials and 3rd party reviews frequently to the sales team to ensure alignment. 40% OF TIME Assists with coop campaigns execution controlling campaign media assets agreed and ensuring all are approved and running, drafting and assisting with agreements’ signatures, collecting campaign results (monthly). 25% OF TIME Supports team with the analysis of brand ambassadors visit, including brand exposure and content related, collecting marketing and sales campaign results. 15% OF TIME Supports sales team with marketing materials, controlling POP material printing and distribution across the countries (Domestic, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Argentina), managing trade mkt hub with assets to support the sales team, responsible for updating and periodically reviewing sales/clients support materials. 10% OF TIME Gather FAM trips’ information (dates, attendees, purpose) and communicates such initiatives to Trade Marketing team and PR. 5% OF TIME Manages the internal trade marketing tool (UPC), including Spanish and Portuguese content, sales tools and blog posts, ensuring growth of in-language content. 5% OF TIME Assist the Trade Marketing team with the weekly meeting with Sales Team working on the agenda, calendar, minutes and presenting updates on the marketing and assets approvals. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Support in execution of trade marketing campaigns (media and promotional) for shoppers and retailers; Execution of communication co-op campaigns and incentive campaigns (communication material approvals and result analysis); Control POP material printing and distribution across the countries (Domestic, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru and Argentina). Bring critical vision for constant improvement of visibility at the POS. Project management skills, destined to deliver projects on time.
