Job Description Join the Travel Retail Trade Marketing team and support the global expansion of Rituals across international travel retail partners. In this role, you will contribute to both strategic and operational initiatives, helping ensure brand consistency and commercial excellence across airports, cruise & ferry lines, and duty-free environments worldwide. Your Responsibilities Agency Briefings & Campaign Support Assist in preparing and coordinating agency briefings for Travel Retail campaigns and activations Follow up on deliverables and provide structured feedback Support quarterly campaign evaluations to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities Commercial & Channel Alignment Help adapt the global Commercial Cycle Briefing to Travel Retail needs, incorporating channel-specific nuances and partner requirements Manage the Marketing & Sales InOut process, ensuring timely updates and alignment with Travel Retail timelines Content & Communication Draft and coordinate content for the monthly Travel Retail newsletter, highlighting launches, activations, and performance insights Support the development and updates of the Travel Retail social media toolkit, providing partners with relevant assets and messaging Partner & Platform Management Maintain and update brand pages, banners, and campaign visuals on Travel Retail partner websites Ensure consistency and accuracy across all partner-facing digital touchpoints Reporting & Operations Compile and update key facts & figures for reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates Manage logistics for the Travel Retail marketing closet, including organizing materials and coordinating office shipments Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Business, or a related field Available full-time (40 hours per week) for 6 months starting 15 August* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Interested in global retail, travel environments, and brand marketing This internship offers hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced environment where strategy meets execution across a global travel retail network. *Please note: you have to be enrolled in University for the full duration of the internship Additional Information A GUIDE WITH OUR BENEFITS Rituals offers a varied intern role (full-time) within a young team with enthusiastic colleagues at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam.
