Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Brand Hackers are fractional marketing teams for brands with big dreams. We build bespoke teams formed off our full time team & some choice freelancers who support brands scale. We need freelance or contract support to be able to give expert leadership to the brands who come to us, with big ambitions.
We are working with a food brand that’s about to crack retail and we need someone to support their distribution expansion & drive rate of sale. For now, this is just a 1 day a week position, however we are always looking for fantastic freelancers and often 1 day becomes many more…

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will be to influence growth in distribution and ensure when the product is in store, the brand exceeds rate of sale expectations.

  • Building retailer activation calendars
  • Overseeing a Brand Exec responsible for execution
  • Supporting the Sales Director and Founder with retailer meetings & engaging buyers
  • Setting the strategy for media support in retailers and supporting with negotiation

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

  • £300 per day
  • Immediate start
  • Must have some flexibility eg. the hours are spread across the week vs. fixed days (our policy is to have no more than 1x “dark day” each week
