Job Description      * Design, develop and implement strategic initiatives across low-utilized sites, new sites and priority markets to accelerate business growth and achieve commercial objectives. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects and field operations excellence, ensuring the defined business KPIs are met. * Drive innovative Sales and Trade Marketing interventions to enhance new        acquisition, bundle penetration, reactivation, digital adoption and thus revenue growth across targeted channels. * Establish robust performance tracking and governance frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and market interventions against business KPIs. * Partner with HR and business leadership to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning, competency development and talent enhancement initiatives for B2C Sales & Distribution team. * Design and implement impactful training and development programs for distributors /third-party sales forces, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, operational standards and market needs. * Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives by introducing modern e-learning platforms, sales enablement solutions and data-driven capability development practices for the distribution field forces. * Foster strong stakeholder engagement across internal functions and external partners to drive collaboration, regional sales force motivation and operational alignment to drive sustainable business growth.   Academic Qualification * Business Graduate Job Experience Required * 3-7 years’ total experience with at least 3 years’ experience in relevant area or Sales & Distribution.
